The residence is located in Ippokrateios Politeia, a northern suburb of the Greek capital at the foot of mount Parnitha.
The residence is built on a plot of 3,440 square meters (37,028 sq.ft) and it occupies a whole block. Therefore, there are no adjoining residences.
Due to its higher position it offers an open panoramic view that it is not blocked by the neighboring properties.
The plot inclines gently towards the open view and is surrounded by a stone wall. Various trees and ornamental plants fill its open areas.
The residence includes two structures: the main residence and a separate guest house.
The residence follows a right angle arrangement. This way all of its rooms are of southeast exposure with excellent views. All spaces are developed around the verandahs and the large outdoor swimming pool in the garden.
The living-rooms and the dining-room have pitched roofs. The ceiling height ranges from 3.5 to 5 meters (12 to 16.5 ft). The kitchen area includes a large space for everyday meals and a sitting-room; both have access to the verandahs and the swimming pool.
On the first floor the master bedroom also has a pitched roof. The ceiling height ranges from 4 to 6 meters (13 to 19.7 ft). Therefore, a second open level (loft) is available above the sleeping area suitable for a study or a dressing room.
At the basement there is a large playroom next to the indoor swimming pool area, which has teak deck with white joints.
This area has one side open to a verandah with a view to mount Parnitha. It includes one changing-room, two bathrooms, special lighting and infrastructure for a sauna installation.
Inside the garage 5 cars can be parked.
The personnel apartment includes one sitting-room, kitchen and one bathroom.
The guest house is completely autonomous with its own entrance and verandahs. It has two levels, which include a sitting-room, kitchen area, WC and one master bedroom.
